TASTY FOOD BUT GAVE US FOOD POISONING!!! We had our first Christmas Party here last December 16th, 2023. First of all, I had to call days in advance to make sure food was prepared on time, when we got there, the food was never prepared and it took more time. They must've undercooked the food due to the urgency or 'rush', and it gave our families FOOD POISONING! We are experiencing diarrhea and vomiting for 6 days now. I will sue them if they do not acknowledge our plea through their customer service channel. Horrible experience. We will never eat here again.

It was a Saturday night and we expected to wait since we were walk-in customers. Upon waiting an hour after we listed our name we went to their in-house bar and called a waiter, 3 of them saw us but chose to not serve us, I saw a lot of them eye to eye upon calling them they just looked directly and no one came at all. We let it pass, finally after 4 attempts a waiter attended to us. We asked the waiter if we could order ahead and just deduct it from our room package's consumable, he said a firm YES. Fast forward 3 hours, the only available room was still the bigger capacity room compared to our group, they let us avail the room for the rate of our requested room to avail which was the smaller one. +1 for this one. Thanks to this. BUT it all went down when we were asked for our final orders inside our KTV room as we still have 2,000+ pesos remaining consumable as per the waiter, Confused on the remaining amount he stated, we asked if the previous orders from their in-house bar were included in the remaining amount. To my surprise, they said NO and that it was a different bill from our KTV Consumable. I already raised that a waiter told us earlier the night that we could deduct it from our consumable package and the lady at the frontdesk said no. This is getting frustrating at this point, I contested it and they asked their boss and suddenly it's okay. She just cancelled our first order and deducted it from our room package. Looking at the situation it seems that was really allowed, the lady at the front desk just seemed a bit lazy to do it. After this incident, this specific lady from the front desk was extremely RUDE to me. Eye rolling and not vocally answering my questions regarding our bill and room requests. Other staffs weren't accommodating too but it's fine as long as not really rude like the lady from the front desk. Ruined my night. Hope you'd be better in treating your customers.
